How to Make Mom's Homemade Cocoa
- In a cooker combine cocoa, salt, and sugar mix together. Then slowly add the cream until it looks like cake batter (whipping it with a whisk will help get the lumps out of your cocoa) then add the rest of your cream, water and milk. Turn heat on med. and heat until hot (do not boil or it will scorch) and serve. The remaining cocoa can be stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
