When I was a little girl my mom made this for us everytime we went outside to play in the snow. I asked her for the recipe many years ago when I had my son so that I could past this tradition on to him. He loves it so much I've tried to give him store bought but, he refuses to drink it. I've since give this recipe to many people and no one has been disappointed yet. Hope you enjoy it this very cold Winter.

In a cooker combine cocoa, salt, and sugar mix together. Then slowly add the cream until it looks like cake batter (whipping it with a whisk will help get the lumps out of your cocoa) then add the rest of your cream, water and milk. Turn heat on med. and heat until hot (do not boil or it will scorch) and serve. The remaining cocoa can be stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
