Here is a recipe of how Brenda surprised me with coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or to your likeness
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk, reduced fat
  • 1 1/4 cups milk, reduced fat
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate shavings

How To Make mocha frappe

  • Step 1
    In a small glass measuring cup - Stir together coffee, sugar and 1 Tbsp milk
  • Step 2
    Pour into ice cube trays
  • Step 3
    Freeze for atleast 2 hours or until firm
  • Step 4
    In a blender - Process coffee ice cubes, 1 1/4 cup milk and chocolate syrup until smooth
  • Step 5
    Dollop evenly with whipped topping
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle with chocolate shavings
  • Step 7
    Serve immediately
