- 1 green tea bag
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 lemon, squeezed
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, ground
How To Make mimi's winter toddy

Step 1To the cup of very hot water, add the tea bag and the ginger. Let steep 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the teabag, I usually leave the bits of ginger, but you can remove if you feel too hot and strong.

Step 2Stir in the rest of the ingrediants, sweetening with the honey to your personal taste. Sip slowly...
