  • 1 c
    hot water, very
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger, chopped finely
  • 1
    green tea bag
  • 1 Tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/4
    lemon, squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp
    turmeric, ground

How to Make MiMi's Winter Toddy


  1. To the cup of very hot water, add the tea bag and the ginger. Let steep 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the teabag, I usually leave the bits of ginger, but you can remove if you feel too hot and strong.
  2. Stir in the rest of the ingrediants, sweetening with the honey to your personal taste. Sip slowly...
