This is a recipe I've made, which comes from my personal recipe file.

Ingredients

  • - 1/2 cup sugar
  • - 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • - 2 tsp. instant coffee
  • - 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • - dash salt
  • - 4 cups milk
  • - 1 tsp. vanilla

How To Make mexican chocolate

  • Step 1
    Mix sugar, cocoa, instant coffee, cinnamon and salt in pan
  • Step 2
    Gradually add 1 cup milk, beating with whisk til smooth.
  • Step 3
    Bring to boil over low heat. Stir constantly. Add remaining milk
  • Step 4
    Bring to boil. Stir frequently. Add vanilla. Beat with whisk til frothy before stirring
