Another Austrian coffee specialty which maybe is not quite as popular as Kaisermelange or Fiaker or Maria Theresia. The base for this is the so called "Einspänner" which is a little espresso with LOTS of whipped cream on top. I post this as German recipe because JAP does not have Austrian recipes, but it is Austrian!!

- 1 - espresso
- 1 tablespoon cognac (1 shot)
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
How To Make louis xiv coffee

Step 2Add 1 shot of cognac

Step 3Top with whipped cream (1/4 cup, it must be more cream than coffee)
