Another Austrian coffee specialty which maybe is not quite as popular as Kaisermelange or Fiaker or Maria Theresia. The base for this is the so called "Einspänner" which is a little espresso with LOTS of whipped cream on top.
I post this as German recipe because JAP does not have Austrian recipes, but it is Austrian!!

  1. Brew espresso
  2. Add 1 shot of cognac
  3. Top with whipped cream (1/4 cup, it must be more cream than coffee)
