One of my favorite off-the-menu Starbucks coffees is The London Fog. Add chocolate and all's right with the world! I've had this with a lavender scented whipped cream, and it's even better! Time includes steeping time.

Ingredients
- 1 earl grey teabag
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 ounce dark chocolate, chopped
- sugar, to taste
- whipped cream, for garnish
How To Make london fog hot chocolate

Step 1Heat the milk to a slow simmer, do not boil. Add the teabag and steep for 8-10 minutes.

Step 2Return pan to the stove, over low heat. Add the cocoa powder and chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted. Taste and add sugar to your liking. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Continue over heat until bubbles start to form. Do not boil.

Step 3Pour into a mug. Top with whipped cream.
