light mulled cider

I love the smell of cider cooking through the house, it reminds me of those wonderful smells of childhood when Mom used to have cider or other warm drinks waiting on the stove for visitors to enjoy during the holidays.

serves 16 servings (1 cup each)

Ingredients For light mulled cider

  • 1 tube
    crystal light citrus blend
  • 1 gal
    apple cider
  • 4 md
    cinnamon sticks
  • 2 Tbsp
    whole cloves
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg

How To Make light mulled cider

  • 1
    Stir everything together in large saucepan over low heat 20 min or so until thoroughly heated, but DO NOT boil. Remove cloves and cinnamon sticks and serve.
