Ausitria's most famous coffee beverage, the emperor's melange. Rich and filling - use organic eggs to be safe with the egg yolk. I post this as German recipe because JAP doesn't have Austrian recipes, but it is Austrian!!
Ingredients For kaisermelange coffee
1egg yolk (raw)
1 Tbspcognac (1 shot)
How To Make kaisermelange coffee
1Cream together raw egg yolk and honey.
2Brew one large espresso and slowly pour the hot espresso into the honey-egg mixture, stirring constantly to avoid curdling.
3Finish with one shot cognac.
