Ausitria's most famous coffee beverage, the emperor's melange. Rich and filling - use organic eggs to be safe with the egg yolk. I post this as German recipe because JAP doesn't have Austrian recipes, but it is Austrian!!

Ingredients
- 1 large espresso
- 1 - egg yolk (raw)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cognac (1 shot)
How To Make kaisermelange coffee

Step 1Cream together raw egg yolk and honey.

Step 2Brew one large espresso and slowly pour the hot espresso into the honey-egg mixture, stirring constantly to avoid curdling.

Step 3Finish with one shot cognac.
