Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 cups hot strong coffee

How To Make italian coffee

  • Step 1
    Chill evaporated milk in mixer bowl in freezer until partially frozen
  • Step 2
    Add confectioners' sugar, vanilla and cinnamon
  • Step 3
    Beat until thick and fluffy
  • Step 4
    Fill coffee cups about 1/3 full
  • Step 5
    Add hot coffee
