I've been working on a Irish Cream recipe for years. This is as close as I can get to Bailey's Irish Cream.

Yields 2 Cups
Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 3/4 cups irish whiskey
- 4 - egg whites
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
How To Make irish cream

Step 1Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2Bottle and let mellow in refrigerator at least one week before serving.

Step 3Store in refrigerator for up to one month.
