6 oz. irish whiskey
30 oz. freshly brewed coffee
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream, chilled
1 t. powdered sugar


1Mix 1 oz. whiskey, 5 oz. coffee and 2 t. sugar in a mug, ideally a clear one. In medium bowl, whip the cream with the powdered sugar until it’s slightly thickened. Using the back of a spoon, carefully slip the whipped cream into the mug, so that it rests on top of the coffee without dissolving into it. Makes 6 servings
