hot cranberry punch (non-alcoholic)

This delicious punch has been enjoyed during the Victorian Christmas celebration at the Burgess Museum in Cape Cod for years. Healthy and delish !

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • - lemon slices studded with cloves

How To Make hot cranberry punch (non-alcoholic)

  • Step 1
    Boil sugar and water over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add lemon, cranberry and pineapple juices and spices. Heat slowly until just boiling. Cool slightly, pour into warmed punch bowl. Garnish with lemon slices studded with cloves. Serves: 20 4-ounce servings. Great for a Christmas gathering !!!!
