Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1/2 cup powdered cream
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt (fine)
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup dehydrated mini marshmallow bits
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder, instant
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- OPTIONAL:
- whipped cream, cinnamon, cayenne
How To Make hot cocoa mix: marshmallows and a kick!

Step 1Measure all ingredients into a large glass measuring cup.

Step 2Whisk well until thoroughly combined.

Step 3Transfer and store in an airtight container in a cool, dark and dry space.

Step 4To use, combine 1/4 cup of mix (heaping) for every 3/4 cup of hot water. Stir well and let sit for about a minute, then stir again and serve with a dollop of whipping cream and an additional sprinkle of cayenne or cinnamon (or a little of each)!!

Step 5Also makes great Christmas gift jars. Add extra dehydrated marshmallow bits as a top layer. Seal. Place a pretty ribbon around the lid and include directions for making. A piece of festive fabric over the lid is also a nice addition. Enjoy!!
