This recipe makes about a 5gallon bucket when all ingredients are mixed. My mom and I have bought pretty tins and filled them with this along with directions for making a cup as Holiday Gifts and it is something quick and easy to make on a cold winter night.

- 14 quart packages powdered milk
- 1 large jar of coffeemate creamer
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 pound boxes nestle quick
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
How To Make hot chocolate mix

Step 1Mix thouroughly in large container. Store mixture in an air tight container. Use approximately 1/3 cup mix to 8 oz cup of hot water.

Step 2I use a 5gallon container to mix in and store part in an air tight canister for use, while putting the lid on the container I mixed in for later use.
