Yes Winter is upon us, so here is a Hot Chocolate Mix that keep in my pantry just for the occasion. This is really nice to give as a gift in a coffee mug too. Besides it beats the high cost of what is available in the store and it taste much better!

Ingredients
- 2 boxes large boxes of nestles quick total about 4 lbs
- 2 pounds confectioners sugar
- 4 pounds powered milk
- 1 pound coffee creamer powder
- 1 cup cocoa powder
How To Make hot chocolate mix for the pantry

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a large bowl then I store in a large glass jar or you can divide down in multiple jars for gifts your choice. This does keep very well.

Step 2To serve: Use 2 tablespoons of mix per cup of hot water. Add some whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles and you'll put a big smile on that child's face!

Step 3I like to add the marshmallows as I make it as marshmallows they have a tendency to dry out and don't store well.

Step 4This recipe can be tweaked by adding some instant coffee and etc. to your preference but I would do that in a small batch.
