Mmmmmm Good! Make a single cup to sip as you read by the fire or make a thermos full and take it along. Of course you can use fresh brewed coffee in place of the instant if you wish. Can be diabetic by using sugar free caramel sauce.

- 1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals ot more to taste (personally i would brew fresh coffee)
- 8 ounces boiling water
- 2-3 tablespoons butterscotch sundae sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon rum extract (or as much of the real thing as you wish)
- - whipped topping

Step 1Stir together the Instant Coffee Crystals with the boiling water until dissolved.

Step 2Stir in the butterscotch topping and rum extract to mix well.

Step 3Top with the whipped topping and serve immediately.
