I hate the inflated prices of capaccino mixes that I can buy, so I made up my own! If you are LDS, substitute coffee with either Pero or Postum in the same amount. Adjust the creamer to your taste. If you like your coffee stronger add more. I am one who likes to be able to see the bottom of the cup on coffee, so it may be weak for die-hard coffee addicts. This is MUCH cheaper than what you can get at the store and for LDS, you can't buy a "Mormon" capiccino.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coffee or coffee substitute
- 1 sm jar flavored coffee creamer
- 8 tablespoons meringue powder
How To Make homemade capaccino

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients together. Place in jar and cover with air-tight lid.

Step 2Use 1/4 c (adjust to taste) to a mug (UK beaker) of hot water.

Step 3If you want frothy-mix vigorusly with a whisk while adding to your hot water.
