Wow, this hot cocoa recipe is extremely decadent. It's rich, creamy, and almost like a thin custard. Packed with chocolate flavor, your family will love this on a cool winter evening. Very easy to make and delicious, it will definitely warm ya right up!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1/3 cup Stevia (sugar substitute)
  • 2 cups chocolate, at least 70% bittersweet, chopped
  • whipped cream

How To Make holiday hot cocoa

  • Bringing milk and sugar to a boil.
    Step 1
    In small saucepan over medium heat, stir milk and sugar and bring to a very low boil.
  • Chocolate added to the saucepan.
    Step 2
    Reduce heat to low and add chocolate.
  • Stirring until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
    Step 3
    Continue to cook and stir constantly until chocolate is melted.
  • A pitcher of Holiday Hot Cocoa ready to be served.
    Step 4
    Divide into 4 small or 2 large cups and serve warm. If desired, add whipped cream from a can and enjoy!
