low-fat milk
1/3 c
Stevia (sugar substitute)
2 c
chocolate, at least 70% bittersweet, chopped

How to Make Holiday Hot Cocoa


  • 1In small saucepan over medium heat, stir milk and sugar and bring to a very low boil.
  • 2Reduce heat to low and add chocolate. Continue to cook and stir constantly until chocolate is melted.
  • 3Divide into 4 small or 2 large cups and serve warm. If desired, add whipped cream from a can and enjoy!
