I remember making this in Scotland for a dinner party, the flames were so cool, and everyone oohed and aahed when it was served. Since I was under aged, I never tried it myself...but had to save this very cool memory to try now that I can! LOL

Ingredients
- 2 cups burgandy wine
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 cup dry sherry
- 1 cup vodka
- 16 sugar cubes (yes, the cubes)

Step 1Heat wine, juice and sherry in pan. When very hot, but not boiling, stir in 1/2 c vodka. Place wire rack over pan, put mound of sugar cubes in the center. Heat remaining 1/2 c vodka in small saucepan, ignite it, pour over sugar cubes on rack. (Sugar cubes burn and melt into the drink).
