This is how I love my coffee. This recipe lends itself to many variations - try different flavors of hot cocoa mix.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fresh brewed coffee
  • 1 package hot cocoa mix, any type
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 - good squirt whipped cream
  • - sweetener to taste - i use stevia, sorghum, or raw sugar

How To Make festive cinnamon mochaccino

  • Step 1
    Place one generous squirt of whipped cream in the bottom of a tall coffee mug. Sprinkle with the cinnamon.
  • Step 2
    In a separate container, combine coffee and hot cocoa mix until smooth. Add sweetener and stir to dissolve. Pour slowly over the whipped cream.
  • Step 3
    Enjoy! Great with biscotti.
