    reduced-fat (2%) milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    semisweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 tsp
    instant espresso coffee powder
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How to Make Cinnamon-Spiced Hot Chocolate


  1. In a 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine milk, chocolate pieces, coffee powder, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  2. Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 4 hours, whisking vigorously once halfway through cooking time.
  3. Whisk well before serving.
  4. If desired, sprinkle each serving with cinnamon.
