Around Christmas time last year, My Aunt Angela made this in a hugeeeee batch. I remember this was so delicious, rich and Creamy. And When I asked her for the Recipe. At first she said no. But she warmed up to the idea After I came up for my 5th glass! Its that good, I promise you! So Straight from my Family to yours, enjoy my Aunt Angies White Hot Chocolate!

About 5 cups
Ingredients
- 4 cups half & half (can substitute for skim milk if your a health nut)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 8 ounces (1 cup) chopped white chocolate
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg (must be fresh!)
- Choice - whipped cream or mini marshmallows for garnish. amounts are up to you

Step 1Stir together milk, vanilla and chopped white chocolate in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the white hot chocolate comes to a simmer. (DO NOT LET THIS MIXTURE COME TO A BOIL!!!) Remove from heat and serve immediately, topped with whipped cream or marshmallows if desired.
