Ingredients

1-40 ounce box of quick powdered cocoa mix
2-22 ounces packages nondairy creamer
1-12 ounce box malted milk mix
2 cups stevia sugar substitute
1 cup cornstarch
2 cups confectioners sugar
4 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

How To Make cc's cocoa mix

Step 1

In a very large container mix all ingredients until well blended. Then put into a food processor and process for 3 minutes. Do not put all of it in the processor at once. About 2 cups at a time.

Step 2

To serve, combine 1/4 cup mix with a cup or 6 ounces of hot water. May also use miniature marshmallows or chocolate curls to garnish. Store mix in an airtight container. Will keep for a long time unless you drink it all up.
