I thought that this would be a perfect use for Crown Royal Maple and it is but, of course, you may use your favorite Canadian whiskey. Both coffee and whiskey may be stronger or lightened as you prefer.

Ingredients
- TOPPING
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 4 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- COFFEE
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup canadian whiskey (crown royal or canadian club prefered)
- 3 cups hot black coffee (double-strength prt recipe but thats up to you))
How To Make canadian coffee

Step 1For topping Whip cream with maple syrup just up until soft mounds; set aside in the fridge.

Step 2For coffee divide maple syrup and whiskey among 4 warmed heat proof glass mugs or goblets. Pour in coffee to 1 inch of top; spoon topping over coffee.
