Ingredients

  • 4 cups hot coffee
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced orange peel
  • 1 - orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon aromatic bitters
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped

How To Make cafe trade wind

  • Step 1
    Measure coffee into a flameproof glass pot. Add orange peel and orange slices, steeping over low heat 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add sugar and bitters, then strain and pour into warmed heatproof glasses.
  • Step 3
    Top with whipped cream.
