- 4 cups hot coffee
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced orange peel
- 1 - orange, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon aromatic bitters
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
How To Make cafe trade wind

Step 1Measure coffee into a flameproof glass pot. Add orange peel and orange slices, steeping over low heat 15 minutes.

Step 2Add sugar and bitters, then strain and pour into warmed heatproof glasses.
