  • 4 c
    hot coffee
  • 1/4 c
    thinly sliced orange peel
  • 1
    orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    aromatic bitters
  • 1/2 c
    whipping cream, whipped

How to Make Cafe Trade Wind


  1. Measure coffee into a flameproof glass pot. Add orange peel and orange slices, steeping over low heat 15 minutes.
  2. Add sugar and bitters, then strain and pour into warmed heatproof glasses.
  3. Top with whipped cream.
