  Beat cream and powdered sugar in small bowl with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Bring milk to a boil in heavy based pan over medium heat. Whisk constantly as the mixture heats to build some froth. When milk is simmering, add chocolate and stir until melted. Pour into warmed mugs and top with whipped cream. Dust with cocoa and serve at once. Serves 4 The Golden Book of Chocolate
