My sister has an awesome cookbook that is all the secret recipes from companies, even candy companies! They have some great stuff, and Bailey's is awesome in coffee!

4 cups


  • 1 c
    light cream
  • 1 can(s)
    eagle sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 c
    irish whiskey (i prefer jameson)
  • 1 tsp
    instant coffee powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    hershey's chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    almond extract

How to Make Bailey's Original Irish Cream


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 30 seconds
  2. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. The liqueur will keep for at least 2 months if kept cool. Be sure to shake well before serving.

    If you can't find light cream, use half-and-half or whole milk, because heavy cream will separate.
