Ingredients
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 cup amaretto
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
- 4 - shots espresso
- - steamed milk
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate, grated
How To Make amaretto cafe for a crowd

Step 1In a heavy saucepan, combine finely chopped chocolates, sugars and half-and-half.

Step 2Simmer over low heat until chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved.

Step 3Cool.

Step 4Add amaretto and refrigerate until serving time.

Step 5To serve, pour 1/4 of the mixture into each coffee cup.

Step 6Add 1 shot espresso to each cup and fill with steamed milk.

Step 7Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
