I purposely left the M out of smoothies because on a hot sweltering day these are oh so soothing!!

Ingredients

  • 6 large strawberries, fresh
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh
  • 1 cup non fat greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup half and half,fat free
  • 1 teaspoon sugar in the raw
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

How To Make very berry soothies!!

  • So simple to make and so delicious to drink!!
    Step 1
    Place the fruits,yogurt,sugar then the ice into a blender,add the half and half and process on high until smooth. Serve and enjoy!! :)
