- 6 large strawberries, fresh
- 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh
- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh
- 1 cup non fat greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup half and half,fat free
- 1 teaspoon sugar in the raw
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
How To Make very berry soothies!!

Step 1Place the fruits,yogurt,sugar then the ice into a blender,add the half and half and process on high until smooth. Serve and enjoy!! :)
