A refreshing sweet, yet tart drink for the summer...my kids loved it!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups orange sherbet
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/2 -1 teaspoon coconut extract - optional for more coconut flavor
  • 1/4 cup rum, for adult drink - optional

How To Make pina coco orange smoothie

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and if desired, garnish with a slice of pineapple. A frozen banana is great in this drink as well. If adding rum, add it with the rest of the ingredients and blend as usual.
