Ingredients

  • 4 c
    whole milk, well chilled (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 4
    very ripe nectarines (peaches or apricots can replace or use in combination)
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    brown sugar or grated piloncillo, to taste (or similar)
  • 2 pinch
    ground cardamom
  • 4 scoop(s)
    vanilla ice cream
  • ·
    almond extract (2 drops)

How to Make Nectarine Ice Cream Shake

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash the fruit, peel and remove pit. Chop.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend well until very smooth. Pour into individual glasses and enjoy!
