Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen cherries (used rainier)
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blackberries or marionberries
- 1/4 cup fresh cranberries (always have a stash on hand in the freezer)
- - local honey, to taste (wildflower this time around)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (nanyc's brand & for me whole milk always)
- 1/2 cup plain kefir (nancy's brand & not reduced fat for me)
- 1-2 tablespoon ground hazelnuts/filberts
- 1/4 teaspoon pure hazelnut extract (if you don't have hazelnuts)
- 1/2 cup crushed ice

Step 1Throw everything in a blender and blend to desired consistency. For a thinner smoothie add more crushed ice.
