Pulled together this morning using as many Pacific Northwest sourced ingredients as possible. Easily adaptable to dairy-free. Ingredients all are estimated. Cheers!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen cherries (used rainier)
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blackberries or marionberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries (always have a stash on hand in the freezer)
  • - local honey, to taste (wildflower this time around)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (nanyc's brand & for me whole milk always)
  • 1/2 cup plain kefir (nancy's brand & not reduced fat for me)
  • 1-2 tablespoon ground hazelnuts/filberts
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure hazelnut extract (if you don't have hazelnuts)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

How To Make lassi comes home!

  • Step 1
    Throw everything in a blender and blend to desired consistency. For a thinner smoothie add more crushed ice.
