1/4 c
fresh or frozen cherries (used rainier)
1/4 c
fresh or frozen blackberries or marionberries
1/4 c
fresh cranberries (always have a stash on hand in the freezer)
local honey, to taste (wildflower this time around)
1/2 c
plain yogurt (nanyc's brand & for me whole milk always)
1/2 c
plain kefir (nancy's brand & not reduced fat for me)
1-2 Tbsp
ground hazelnuts/filberts
1/4 tsp
pure hazelnut extract (if you don't have hazelnuts)
1/2 c
crushed ice

How to Make Lassi Comes Home!


  • 1Throw everything in a blender and blend to desired consistency. For a thinner smoothie add more crushed ice.
