I wanted something fruity, creamy and satisfying. This hit the spot and was quite healthy with the coconut milk, honey and fruit. I added some chia seeds to mine. Loved it.

silk coconut milk
3 - 4 Tbsp
honey or to desired sweetness

seeds, optional, but good for you...i added a tsp to mine
How To Make
Add the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a little more milk. Can add ice if prefer, mine was plenty thick and icy with the frozen strawberries.
