~ healthy strawberry banana smoothie ~
I wanted something fruity, creamy and satisfying. This hit the spot and was quite healthy with the coconut milk, honey and fruit. I added some chia seeds to mine. Loved it.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces bag, frozen strawberries
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 cup silk coconut milk
- 3 - 4 tablespoons honey or to desired sweetness
- ice - if preferred, i didn't use
- chia - seeds, optional, but good for you...i added a tsp to mine
How To Make ~ healthy strawberry banana smoothie ~

Step 1Add the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a little more milk. Can add ice if prefer, mine was plenty thick and icy with the frozen strawberries.
