Green Silk Breakfast Smoothie

Renée G.

Another one I just came up with using what ingredients I happened to have in the kitchen. Turned out green and it started with almond silk - hence the title. This is a filling, nutritious, low fat and low calorie start to your day. You can even make it the night before; pop it into a covered container/travel mug, and it will be waiting for you to grab and go in the morning.
