Ingredients

  • 2tbs - rice protein powder
  • 2tbs - ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 c. - frozen berries
  • 1/2 c. - banana
  • 1 c. - unsweetened vanilla almond milk(30 cal)
  • 1c. - nonfat 2% greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop - metamucil or other fiber powder if you need it

How To Make amazing protein shake

  • Step 1
    use large blender to milk, yogurt, banana
  • Step 2
    add berries, blend
  • Step 3
    add dry ingredients and blend until well mixed. This will be very thick, as a thick shake. Use less yogurt if you desire a thinner shake
  • Step 4
    I also add 1/4 avocado for oil of the day
