2tbsrice protein powder
-
2tbsground flaxseed
-
1/2 c.frozen berries
-
1/2 c.banana
-
1 c.unsweetened vanilla almond milk(30 cal)

1c.nonfat 2% greek yogurt
-
1 scoopmetamucil or other fiber powder if you need it
How to Make Amazing Protein Shake
- use large blender to milk, yogurt, banana
- add berries, blend
- add dry ingredients and blend until well mixed. This will be very thick, as a thick shake. Use less yogurt if you desire a thinner shake
- I also add 1/4 avocado for oil of the day
