Ingredients
- 2tbs - rice protein powder
- 2tbs - ground flaxseed
- 1/2 c. - frozen berries
- 1/2 c. - banana
- 1 c. - unsweetened vanilla almond milk(30 cal)
- 1c. - nonfat 2% greek yogurt
- 1 scoop - metamucil or other fiber powder if you need it
How To Make amazing protein shake

Step 1use large blender to milk, yogurt, banana

Step 2add berries, blend

Step 3add dry ingredients and blend until well mixed. This will be very thick, as a thick shake. Use less yogurt if you desire a thinner shake

Step 4I also add 1/4 avocado for oil of the day
