  • 2tbs
    rice protein powder
  • 2tbs
    ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 c.
    frozen berries
  • 1/2 c.
  • 1 c.
    unsweetened vanilla almond milk(30 cal)
  • 1c.
    nonfat 2% greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop
    metamucil or other fiber powder if you need it

How to Make Amazing Protein Shake


  1. use large blender to milk, yogurt, banana
  2. add berries, blend
  3. add dry ingredients and blend until well mixed. This will be very thick, as a thick shake. Use less yogurt if you desire a thinner shake
  4. I also add 1/4 avocado for oil of the day
