This is a recipe from my "Fix-It and Enjoy-It! Potluck Heaven" cookbook. This is a recipe Gloria Martin. Perfect for wedding/baby showers or any part/gathering!!

Ingredients

  • 9 ounces (three 3oz pkgs) raspberry gelatin
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 3/4 - 1 cups sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 2 1/4 cups orange juice, thawed concentrate
  • 1 1/4 cups lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 quart ginger ale
  • 10 ounces pkg frozen raspberries
  • - scoops of raspberry sherbet

How To Make raspberry punch

  • Step 1
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Step 2
    Add sugar and cold water and stir to dissolve.
  • Step 3
    In a punch bowl, mix orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, ginger ale and raspberries.
  • Step 4
    Pour gelatin mixture into punch bowl and stir to combine. Float scoops of raspberry sherbet on top of the punch bowl. Serve punch over ice in a glass.
