Raspberry Punch

This is a recipe from my "Fix-It and Enjoy-It! Potluck Heaven" cookbook. This is a recipe Gloria Martin. Perfect for wedding/baby showers or any part/gathering!!

9 oz
(three 3oz pkgs) raspberry gelatin
4 c
boiling water
3/4 - 1 c
4 c
cold water
2 1/4 c
orange juice, thawed concentrate
1 1/4 c
lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 qt
ginger ale
10 oz
pkg frozen raspberries
scoops of raspberry sherbet


1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2Add sugar and cold water and stir to dissolve.
3In a punch bowl, mix orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, ginger ale and raspberries.
4Pour gelatin mixture into punch bowl and stir to combine. Float scoops of raspberry sherbet on top of the punch bowl. Serve punch over ice in a glass.
