I had a quart of pineapple juice on hand and after several trials came up with this recipe which everyone loves. If children are present omit the spiced rum, but have it available for adults to add to the punch. In my opinion that's the key to this delightful punch! Before adding the rum, I ladle some of the punch into a ring to freeze then add it to the filled punch bowl.
