This is an easy version of the traditional English wassail. It's a snap to make and leaving it in the percolator keeps it warm and ready to serve.

Ingredients
- NOTE: YOU WILL NEED A 30 CUP PERCOLATOR FOR THIS
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 4 - cinnamon sticks, broken up
- 4 teaspoons whole cloves
- 1 pinch salt
- 9 cups cranberry juice
- 54 ounces apple juice
- 6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 4-1/2 cups water
- 1 cup bourbon or port (optional)
How To Make coffee pot wassail (sallye)

Step 1Place brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves and salt in the top basket. Set aside.

Step 2Place all remaining ingredients in the pot.

Step 3Return basket to top of pot.

Step 4Switch pot on and percolate as you normally would coffee or other beverages. Wait for the wonderful smells to surround you.
