Sassy Water

Julie Prior

Drinking enough water each day maintains your body's fluid balance, guards against water retention & helps prevent constipation which can cause bloating.

Other benefits to using Sassy Water are: The ginger helps calm & soothe your GI tract. Great substitute for those bad high-calorie, sugary drinks.

If for some reason you don't like or can't have any of the ingredients, just leave them out & you'll still reap the DE-bloating benefits. The key is to drink all the water each day.
