A deliciously spirited coffee drink. Although the photo is dressed for Christmas I think it's best in summer weather.

Ingredients

  • - cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 1 ounce kahlua
  • 4 ounces cold-brewed coffee
  • 6 - coffee ice cubes (fill ice cube trays with cold-brewed coffee well before before drink preparation)
  • 1 ounce cream (or half and half)
  • - whipped cream

How To Make iced spanish coffee

  • Step 1
    Add 2 ounces of cold brewed coffee and a couple of frozen coffee cube to your cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass.
  • Step 2
    Pour rum, triple sec and Kahlua over prepared glass. Add a float of cream.
  • Step 3
    Garnish with whipped cream.
