  • 2 c
    fresh cranberries
  • 1 2/3 c
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • **NOTE**

  • ·
    this can also be done with vodka or even a good whiskey

How to Make Cranberry Liqueur


  1. Coarsely chop cranberries. Place in a large wide-mouth jar.
    Add sugar, gin and vanilla extract. Stir & seal.
    Leave at room temperature. Stir gently everyday for 1 week. Stir at least once a week for the next 3 weeks.
    Strain, bottle and enjoy.
    Store in a cool dark place.
    Will last up to 4-6 months.
