Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ground kona coffee
  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated coconut
  • - whipped cream (optional)

How To Make hawaiian coffee

  • Step 1
    Brew the coffee and water.
  • Step 2
    Lightly brown the grated coconut in a saucepan.
  • Step 3
    Pour the hot coffee and coconut milk into a glass.
  • Step 4
    Sweeten as/if desired. Stir.
  • Step 5
    Use the whipped cream if you wish. Top with the toasted grated coconut and serve.
