  • 8 cups filtered water or spring water
  • 5 slices fresh ginger, very thin slices
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced thinly
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced thinly
  • 12 - spearmint leaves
  • - ice (optional)

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together in a large pitcher. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to allow flavors to infuse the water. Strain and serve over ice, if desired. Garnish with an extra slice of cucumber or lemon.
