coffee concentrate for iced coffee & coffee recipe
Saw a recipe on duke&duchesses.com for coffee concentrate. The method and amount of coffee grounds seemed nuts so I created my own with a smoother system and 1/2 the grounds.

Ingredients
- FOR COFFEE CONCENTRATE
- 1/2 cup fresh coffee grounds
- 4 cups boiling water
- FOR ICED COFFEE
- 3/4 cup above concentrate
- 2 tablespoons heaping, sweetened condenced milk
- 3/4 cup milk
- 6 - ice cubes
How To Make coffee concentrate for iced coffee & coffee recipe

Step 1Put the grounds in a heat proof container like a oven bowl or pot. Add the boiling water and steep two hours. After 2 hours strain in w strainer and then again with a coffee filter. Pour into a capped bottle. Put concentrate in fridge and use as desired

Step 2To make Iced Coffee Pour 3/4 cup coffee concentrate in a large glass and add 2 rounded tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk stirring until ell mixed. Then add 5-6 ice cubes and 3/4 cup milk. mix and serve
