coconut pumpkin pie latte~dairy free
This started off being a pumpkin pie latte, I only had coconut soy milk so I gave it a shot! Wow is this delicious! I am lactose intolerent so I make all milk drinks with soy, If Your not in the mood for coconut give the plain or vanilla a try for a pumpkin spiced latte. If You dont have a problem with dairy go for the whole milk!!

Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut soy milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup strong coffee
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
How To Make coconut pumpkin pie latte~dairy free

Step 1Bring milk, pumpkin and sugar to simmer on stove stirring till sugar dissolves. Carefully pour mixture into a blender, add rest of ingredients and blend on medium with center part of top open so steam escapes. Blend till frothy like. Pour into mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.
