cinnamon coffee with orange flower water - morocco
Serve this classic Moroccan coffee for an elegant ending to a Moroccan meal, or to add a special, aromatic touch to coffee hour. Vanilla sugar can be used as a sweetener to add another layer of flavor. Moroccans like their coffee quite strong so use less coffee if you prefer a milder brew. Personally I use 1 Tbsp and that is quite strong enough for me.

- 2 tablespoons ground coffee or espresso beans
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 ounces (180 ml) water
- 1/2 teaspoon orange flower water, or to taste
- - plain sugar or vanilla sugar, to taste
- - hot or steamed milk, to taste

Step 1Add the cinnamon to the ground coffee beans, and brew the coffee as usual.
