cinnamon anise tea
Tea is very popular in the Middle East. This is one that I've been making for a long time and not only does it taste great it has a mild soothing quality. It's certainly nothing medicinal but a few peaceful mins in a day can't be a bad thing. The cooking time is for steeping.
