Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dark roast coffee, finely ground

How To Make armenian coffee

  • Step 1
    In small saucepan, preferable with spout, bring water to a boil over medium heat.
  • Step 2
    Add sugar and coffee, stir and return to boil.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat, stir and return to boil again.
  • Step 4
    Repeat one more time for a total of 3 stirrings.
  • Step 5
    Pour into espresso cups and serve hot.
