How to Make Armenian Coffee


  1. In small saucepan, preferable with spout, bring water to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add sugar and coffee, stir and return to boil.
  3. Remove from heat, stir and return to boil again.
  4. Repeat one more time for a total of 3 stirrings.
  5. Pour into espresso cups and serve hot.
