- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons dark roast coffee, finely ground
How To Make armenian coffee

Step 1In small saucepan, preferable with spout, bring water to a boil over medium heat.

Step 2Add sugar and coffee, stir and return to boil.

Step 3Remove from heat, stir and return to boil again.

Step 4Repeat one more time for a total of 3 stirrings.

Step 5Pour into espresso cups and serve hot.
