anyday holiday coffee
I made this one morning and enjoyed it so much I just had to share. It's very simple and diabetic friendly. I have a single cup brewer that I love but you may make a big pot full and serve as many as you like by simple multiplying the amounts. Time given is for a single cup coffee maker.

Ingredients
- 10 ounces fresh brewed coffee
- 1 - 3 inch cinnamon stick
- 4 - drops peppermint extract (you might want to start with less and add if you like)
- - splenda sugar substitute
- - fat-free evaporated milk (optional)
How To Make anyday holiday coffee

Step 1Brew the coffee.

Step 2Drop the cinnamon stick into the cup.

Step 3Add coffee, peppermint extract and Splenda.

Step 4Add milk if using. Stir and enjoy.
